About the Role:


Technical Sales Engineer will be responsible for driving successful product integrations and fostering long-term customer success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Technical Sales & Customer Success
  • Customer Onboarding & Tools Integration
  • 1st Level Debugging & Support

Qualifications:

  • 7-10 years of experience in Technical Sales Engineering or Customer Success within a cloud or cybersecurity-focused company.
  • Proficiency in conducting Proof of Concept (PoC) demonstrations and managing technical onboarding for SaaS solutions.
  • Experience working with cybersecurity tools, including but not limited to EDR, IAM, ZTNA, Vulnerability Management, Asset Management, SIEM, and UEM.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to perform 1st-level debugging effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of translating technical information for both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Ability to work closely with the product engineering team.
  • Proficiency in Python programming is a plus.
  • Certifications in Cybersecurity and AWS are a plus.
