About the Role:
Technical Sales Engineer will be responsible for driving successful product integrations and fostering long-term customer success.

- 1st Level Debugging & Support
Qualifications:
- 7-10 years of experience in Technical Sales Engineering or Customer Success within a cloud or cybersecurity-focused company.
- Proficiency in conducting Proof of Concept (PoC) demonstrations and managing technical onboarding for SaaS solutions.
- Experience working with cybersecurity tools, including but not limited to EDR, IAM, ZTNA, Vulnerability Management, Asset Management, SIEM, and UEM.
- Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to perform 1st-level debugging effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of translating technical information for both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Ability to work closely with the product engineering team.
- Proficiency in Python programming is a plus.
- Certifications in Cybersecurity and AWS are a plus.
